Available positions
The company is experiencing strong growth and is currently looking for a construction project manager to expand our team.
Tasks and responsibilities: :
– Analyze plans and specifications to understand the work to be done and its specifics
– Estimate costs and time required for the work according to the plans and specifications and project schedule
– Conclude agreements with clients and suppliers
– Ensure that billing is correct before proceeding with it
– Plan project logistics
– Prepare and review bids in collaboration with the supervisor
– Ensure the compliance of bids and submit them within the required deadlines
– Manage and coordinate projects and monitor work progress with subcontractors
– Solve problems that may arise on construction sites
– Build and maintain good relationships with clients
– Stay informed of the company’s operational activities
– Monitor projects in call for tenders
– Collaborate with members of the administrative team
